Kelly identifies as a highly sensitive person and craves harnessing her energy to create art using the placement of words on the screen.  Inspired by a passion for connection and love of the living things around her, she invites her obsessions into her work as a writer, creator, student, and teacher.   

She’s an analytical-minded entrepreneur, yoga teacher, cannabis advocate, home cook, novice photographer, hospitality enthusiast, and frequent flier with incurable weaknesses for rhythm, tattoos, Hygge, and her fur babies.

Through the creation of The Highly Sensitive, Kelly dares to raise awareness and promote tolerance for a radical approach, while encouraging open-minded and free-spirited thought flow, unprejudiced conversations, and chance for change.
