Stress sucks, let’s face it. Stress wear us down, and too much stress can cause physical issues, as well as emotional ones. The sources of stress have changed and evolved over time, and so must the way we handle the stressors that are now an integral part of our modern lives.
In 2012, I realized the way I was living my life wasn’t sustainable or conducive to my overall health, and I needed to make some changes. The topics you’ll explore on The Highly Sensitive have helped me reduce overall stress and inflammation in my body, and I want to share what I’ve learned with you:
Yoga – Physical practice or asana, meditation, mindfulness, and pranayama are all a part of using yoga as a way to process and manage stress. Flexibility not required, yoga is for everybody.
Clean Living – Discover tips on living chemical-free, find gluten-free recipes, learn more about ayurveda and how to use natural elements for a cleaner space.
Cannabis Education – Sativa or Indica? THC vs. CBD? Smoke or salve? Learn more about cannabis as medicine.
Community – We are a place for introverts and extroverts, the experienced and the novice, the curious, the rebels, and recovering perfectionists. We are a place to give and receive support, a place to take a timeout, and simply be good enough.
